The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/ 1998, of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Said modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent modifications. Nevertheless, SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.

Guarantees

SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU is liable for the lack of conformity of all products offered on the website for a period of two years from delivery. SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU has an after-sales service during the period indicated. All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery and transport costs

SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU only delivers to Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Orders for any country that may be subject to customs charges at destination will be charged to the recipient. We recommend that you check the customs charges for your country before placing your order. In the event that you place an order and do not bear the customs charges in your country, we will not accept returns or exchanges for this reason.

Methods of payment and execution of the order

The customer may pay the amount of his order in any of the following ways. You must indicate your choice during the purchase process:

- Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD

If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be liable to SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation. 

- Bank transfer

Once the order is placed using bank deposit, the information to proceed with the payment will be displayed in the confirmation page.

It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate in the subject line the reference number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 5 days after the date of confirmation in order to validate it.

Please note that payment must be made in Euros and that any exchange and bank charges are your responsibility.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your bank. Otherwise, SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU may stop the contracted service if the full amount is not received.

Any exchange and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

The availability of the products offered by SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU may vary depending on customer demand. Although SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication shall in no case exceed a maximum period of 30 days. You may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 days established by law from the day following the date of a service contract or the day receiving a product.

The return

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU, at the address C/ SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PRAL 1 08003, BARCELONA, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.

Reimbursement of payment

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer unless otherwise provided.

SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU may withhold the refund until it has received the product, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

Return of the defective or faulty product.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the result of the customer, the customer shall have the right to return the product, informing SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU of the reason for return by any of the means provided in these terms and conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
